Her name, unlike her boyfriends, is probably a bit more normal.

Blubelle (Or just nicknamed "Blu") was born on the 10th of October, 1965 in Bakersfield, California, she stands at 5' 9" with Blue dyed hair and Orange eyes.
Growing up, life under the spotlight was... exhausting, to say the least. What was even more exhausting is always being on her grandparents leash for such fame... What's that? Her real Parents? Maybe some things are better off not knowing, ey?
In 1981, after the... incident, they moved from Bakersfield to San Francisco. Though Blubelle didn't have many friends at that point, this rips her away from the ones she DOES have.
To pass time with the fact she had nothing to expect at home, she started running away from home. She doesn't really get why, but she tended to find herself in one very specific Arcade. Instinct? Pure chance? Who knows. All she cares about is this is where she would meet her (as of writing) Boyfriend, an Infrared Stephens.
Yeah, that one. Yknow? Dr. Hughes, the son of that one?
Her grandparents, obviously, didn't like that. All this really did to her though was cause her to become more rebellious.
A whole year and a half of bickering, arguments, dates, and such later, she's absolutely fed up with it.
They want a real break, actual quality time with oneanother. Thankfully, Red seems to have that in order for them both.
